Consent to personal data processing

This is an English translation for convenience; the Russian version is legally binding.

By signing up in the Roteless dashboard and ticking the consent box, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give Белов Михаил Ильич (self-employed, INN 744610370759, email extension.roteless@gmail.com), the Operator, consent to process my personal data on the terms below (Art. 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”).

1. What data

  • email address, name (if given), password as a hash;
  • account, extension and workspace settings;
  • IP address, browser and device information, dates and times of sign-in and Service use;
  • usage statistics: button runs, token use, without the text of extension requests;
  • messages, files and images I send to the dashboard chat or in an extension request;
  • payment details: amount, date, status, payment ID; the Operator does not receive bank card data.

2. Purposes

  • registration and sign-in, running the extension and the chat;
  • forwarding my requests to AI model suppliers to get answers;
  • counting limits, accepting payments, granting subscriptions and tokens, refunds;
  • contacting me about the Service, my requests and changes to the terms;
  • protecting the Service from abuse and fixing bugs.

3. Processing operations

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction - with and without automation.

4. Transfer to third parties

I agree to the transfer of request data to FLEYLI LLC (the Polza AI service, INN 0272928204) and through it to the developers of the models I choose in a button or in the chat (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, DeepSeek and others), including cross-border transfer to the USA, China and other countries that do not ensure adequate protection of data subjects’ rights; for own models, to the supplier whose key I connected. I agree to the transfer of payment details to YooKassa (NCO YooMoney LLC), hosting data with Selectel JSC in the Russian Federation and sending emails through an email service. 5. Term and withdrawal

  • The consent is valid until the account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn.
  • Consent can be withdrawn by writing to extension.roteless@gmail.com from the address on the account. The Operator stops processing and deletes the data within 30 days of withdrawal.
  • After withdrawal the Operator may continue processing without consent where the law allows, for example keeping payment records for tax accounting (Art. 6(1)(2-11) of 152-FZ).
  • The Service account cannot be used without consent.

6. Website analytics

This consent does not cover analytics on https://roteless.ru (Yandex Metrica): it is turned on or off separately in the site’s cookie banner.
